‘The Beth’
Our signature product: 8 layers of pure chocolate joy, served warm from the stall. 'The Beth' sold out in our very first year at York Christmas Market and has been the thing people queue for ever since.
We set up our wooden stall with the neon sign, the silver churns, the pink aprons, and enough chocolate cake to feed half of Yorkshire. Fairy lights, mulled wine from next door, and the smell of fresh cake in the cold air.

Baking for businesses
Your stall, our bakes.
We don't just run our own stall. We bake for other businesses too. When Chocolate Circus needed cookies to top their famous hot chocolates at the Christmas market, they came to us.
Mountains of cookie dough, baked fresh in our kitchen, branded with the Beth Bakes Cakes stamp, and delivered ready for their stall. The result? Hot chocolates that people photographed before they drank.
