Frequently Asked Questions
Simply browse our Celebration Cakes page, choose your cake style (or create your own), select your size, flavour, and any extras, then checkout online. We’ll confirm your order and arrange a collection time with you.
We recommend ordering at least 7 days in advance for celebration cakes. For wedding cakes or large event orders, please allow at least 4 weeks so we can ensure everything is perfect for your big day.
Celebration cakes are collection only - free from our kitchen, with the address provided once you place your order. For weddings and large corporate orders we can deliver by arrangement - get in touch for a quote.
We offer 14 flavours: Victoria Sponge, Chocolate Sponge, Chocolate Fudge, Red Velvet, Lemon, Chocolate & Caramel, Coffee, Kinder, Choc Orange, Biscoff, Walnut, Lemon & Poppyseed, Lemon & Raspberry, and Carrot Cake. Chocolate Fudge and Biscoff are our most popular. Not all flavours are available for every cake style.
Absolutely! Use the “Create Your Own” option on our Celebration Cakes page to design a fully customised cake. Choose your size, flavour, colour scheme, and add a personalised message or theme. If you have something very specific in mind, get in touch and we’ll work with you.
We accept card payments securely via Stripe. Payment is taken at checkout but held until your order is confirmed by us. You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve reviewed and accepted your order.
Yes! “The Beth” is our gorgeous horsebox bar available for weddings, parties, corporate events, and markets. Visit our Events & Hire page for full details and to enquire about availability.
We offer gluten-free and dairy-free with advance notice - just get in touch before you order. We don’t currently make vegan cakes. Please note everything is made in a kitchen that also handles nuts.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before your collection/delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Within 14 days, cancellations are handled case by case as ingredients will already have been purchased. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
